I AM in complete surrender of unlearning unconscious behaviours as I navigate this journey. I AM in complete surrender of sharing my journey with those who are struggling themselves as I AM here to teach and be in service to anyone who is asking for guidance. I AM unlearning structures that were imposed onto me while I was growing up as a child. I lived in environment where I haven’t been heard or acknowledged and I AM unlearning behaviours where being angry was a way of communicating. I AM unlearning these types of structures as I AM in a role of a mother where I need to be conscious of my parenting and the only way I can be a role model to my son is by acknowledging my unconsciousness and by acknowledging it, I AM creating space for new ways of being. As I AM learning new ways of being, I must be kind and compassionate towards myself, so the change can occur. I am allowing myself to be an example for my children. I AM allowing myself to be the change I want to be. I AM.

These following declaration can assist any of you who are willing to take the full responsibility for their unconscious behaviour. 

I AM willing to accept my unconscious structures by becoming aware of them and by becoming aware of them, I allow myself to change. As I AM going through changes within myself, I AM allowing to transform my unconsciousness by exposing myself and my unconscious behaviours as I know that by shedding light upon it, I transcend in living in old ways. I AM owning my shadow by demanding to change and by demanding I mean taking full responsibility for the unconsciousness I perpetuate. I AM in full ownership of my reactions as I AM sincere to myself and by being sincere, I AM creating space within myself to take the next step of healing by creating space for new ways of reacting. I AM claiming new change to come. I AM claiming new ways of reacting. I AM claiming new ways of being.
